Brian Gion

Brian Gion is the CEO for Montana Cooperative Development Center. Brian has years of experience in economic development, business planning, customer relations, facilitation, and leadership. He is an instructor for the NxLeveL program for entrepreneurs and a licensed instructor for the Energizing Entrepreneurship in Rural America program. He is also a certified consultant for the Business Retention and Expansion program and member of Business Retention and Expansion International. Prior to coming to MCDC, Brian held the following positions: President of the Steele County Job Development Authority, Finley Economic Development Corporation (Vice President), City of Finley Advisory Board (Board Member), ISO – Straw, Straw Board Co-op (Director), and Natural Resource Conservation Service (County Work Group Advisor).

Juanetta Keeler

Juanetta Keeler provides outstanding support to staff and volunteers by handling communications, preparing major reports and involved documents, maintaining effectiveness and efficiency of the internal operations, and taking care of a host of other administrative duties. Juanetta has great communications skills and a solid work ethic. Her experiences include planning, developing, coordinating and assisting with marketing programs; maintain current events, meetings and activities; maintain accurate database records; coordinate and handle all details for Board of Directors; type correspondence; oversees maintenance of office files; responsible for ordering office supplies; and answering multi-line phone system. Juanetta has been married to her husband, Leonard for 26 years. They have three daughters.
